1. Project Cancellation Policy

• Client-Initiated Cancellation:
  • Clients may request cancellation via written email notice.
  • If cancellation occurs before project initiation, a full refund will be issued after deducting processing charges.
  • If cancellation occurs after project commencement, charges will be applied based on work completed.
• Company-Initiated Cancellation:
  • MapsX Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel a project in case of non-payment, lack of communication, or violation of terms.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated proportionally.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable in cases of duplicate payment, project not started on time, or failure to deliver agreed services.
• Non-Refundable Cases:
  • Approved project milestones
  • Completed or delivered work
  • Change of mind by the client
  • Client-side delays

3. Milestone-Based Payments

All projects are executed on a milestone basis. Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered only for incomplete milestones.

4. Subscription / Service Cancellation

• Clients may cancel recurring services with prior notice.
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle once activated.
• Services will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days and credited via the original mode of payment.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable laws of India.
